We have employed Vedic Architecture, also known as Vastu Shastra, an ancient Indian system of architechture and design that orginated in the Vedic period of Indian history. It is based on the concept of creating living spaces are in harmony with the natural environment and the cosmic energies.
According to Vedic architecture, every building, whether it is a home, a temple, or an office, should be designed in such a way that it promotes health. happiness, prosperity, and spiritual well being for its inhabitants. This is achieved by incorporating certain principles of design, which include the use of natural materials, proper orientation of the building with respect to the sun and the wind, and the placement of rooms in accordance with their intended use and the energies they are meant to attract. At BST, it is our way of creating sustainable and harmonious living spaces.
We have combined this, with the latest German building technology. We intend to use a mixture of concrete, sand and limestone block-work for the walls, and plenty of insulation, which will result in strong and well-insulated homes that will stand the test of time.
